This was such a special Belmont home to sell, 152 Brighton St had been lovingly maintained by the same owners for 30 years. They followed all my advice and together we choose from multiple offers. Now they are able to leave for Greece today for a beautiful home waiting for them. Hope they visit us with little Melita often!
